Her evidence-based approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits in an environment where everyone feels supported.

Tamalynn Lerner
Yoga Instructor | “Teaching Tam”
For three decades, Tamalynn Lerner has dedicated herself to helping people learn, grow, and discover what they’re capable of. An elementary educator since 1995, Tamalynn brings her lifelong love of teaching, creativity, and connection to the yoga mat.
After years of incorporating movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into her work with students in grades K–8, Tamalynn completed her yoga teacher training at 7 Studios with Dr. Julie Wilkes in 2023. Her classes thoughtfully blend vinyasa flow with restorative poses, creating opportunities to build strength while also making space for rest and renewal.
Tamalynn offers modifications for different bodies, fitness levels, and abilities because she believes yoga should feel accessible, empowering, and inclusive. Whether she’s in a classroom or leading a yoga practice, her goal is to help people feel grounded, supported, and inspired to grow.
Away from teaching and the mat, Tamalynn is the proud dog mom, and by her own admission a terrible disciplinarian to Gwennie, her exceptionally happy and joyful rescue.
